Rotary punching tool is a kind of special-shaped hole processing tool with simple operation. It is suitable for general lathes, CNC automatic lathes, machining centers, drilling machines and other equipment. It can process blind holes, through holes, regular or irregular polygons. In addition to processing standard hexagonal and square holes, it can also customize other special shapes such as stars and splines. It only needs to replace the cutter head.
Inner hexagon, inner square and internal spline can be turned / drilled out.

Method of application

3. The working time of the tool can be tool rotation, part rotation and spindle right rotation.
4. In order to improve the service life of the tool, please use coolant or cutting oil for cooling during operation.
(二)Machining dimension of hole before punching
1. Drilling diameter D ≥ size of opposite edge (or inscribed circle) of blade.
2. The orifice is chamfered 90 degrees, and the diameter of the chamfered orifice is greater than the opposite edge of the blade. Play a guiding role.

3. Drilling depth H2 ≥ one point five × Effective punching depth (H).
(三)Recommended operating parameters
1. Rotating speed: 300-2000 rpm. The principle of rotating the punching tool allows high-speed use, but attention should be paid to when using it at high speed (such as machining center). When the tool is just in contact with the workpiece, use a slow rotating speed or make the punch slowly contact the workpiece in a stationary state until the punch and the workpiece enter the working state and increase the rotating speed.
2. Feed rate: 0.02-0.1mm/revolution, and the feed rate of aluminum and copper parts can be appropriately increased by 2-3 times.
3.Punching depth: ≤ 1.5 × The width of the blade opposite the edge.
