How to improve machining efficiency of deburring chamfering cutter for front and back orifices
How to process the burr chamfering cutter of front and back orifices efficiently
How to embody the high efficiency of deburring and chamfering cutter for front and back orifices.
The machining process of floating deburring chamfering cutter is very simple, without interpolation, stop or reverse rotation. It passes through the hole at the same speed and deburring on both sides.
In the process of deburring and chamfering, the time to really participate in the processing (i.e. the time to go through the processing program) is very short, and the processing distance is between 5-10mm due to the different tool size and blade size. Other processes can be fast forward or fast backward.
For example, if the machining speed is 600 and the feed is 0.2mm/rpm, the cutting time is between 2.5 seconds and 5 seconds. Of course, if you want to be faster, you can increase the feed. If there is no requirement for the chamfer size, just to meet the purpose of deburring, the feed can be faster. For example, the processing time above 0.5mm/rpm does not consider the time of automatic tool change and fast forward and fast backward of the machine tool. It can be calculated according to the speed of your own machine tool.
